Dr. Myriam T. Kadeba (she/her/elle) is a counseling psychologist and seasoned student affairs practitioner. Her expertise spans intersectional identity development, trauma healing, racial empowerment, immigration concerns, and life adjustments. With roots in Côte d’Ivoire, West Africa, Dr. Kadeba’s journey across the United States over two decades has fostered a deep understanding of the human experience. Her commitment to racial justice and liberation is unwavering, driven by the desire to make the unseen visible.
Dr. Kadeba employs Afrocentric and Black feminist frameworks, prioritizing the experiences of the Black diaspora. Her coaching practice empowers clients through trauma-informed coaching, fostering growth amidst life’s challenges. As a student affairs practitioner, Dr. Kadeba champions inclusive campus spaces where each member feels acknowledged and cherished.
Her dedication to meaningful dialogue cultivates a community of understanding. Dr. Kadeba holds degrees from various institutions, including a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Arkansas and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from The University of Akron. Dr. Kadeba integrates her academic experience with compassionate coaching. Now a Holistic Coach at ClearMinds, Dr. Kadeba guides her clients toward personal transformation.
